Key Points for Warranty Claims

  • Araldite Application: Apply Araldite to the bat as a mandatory step before filing any warranty claim.
  • Warranty Duration: Our warranty covers 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Return Requirement: To process a warranty claim, the damaged bat must be returned to the Stag Kashmir office. Failure to return the bat may result in forfeiture of the claim.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges when returning a damaged bat.
  • Evidence Requirement: Provide clear video and photo evidence of non-physical damage to support your warranty claim.
  • Approval Process: Obtain prior approval from our Damage & Return Team before sending the bat back. Claims without confirmation may be forfeited unless shipping charges are covered.
  • Breakage Condition: The bat must have broken due to ball impact. Submit videos and photos of the damage to validate your claim.
  • Replacement Only: We offer replacements for broken bats; refunds are not available under warranty claims.
  • One-Time Replacement: Each customer is eligible for only one replacement. Second replacements will not be issued.
  • Replacement Terms: The replacement bat will be identical to the original order. No changes or upgrades are permitted, even with additional payment.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only within 24 hours of payment, provided a valid reason is submitted.

Exchange Policy

  • For product exchanges, submit clear images and videos of the received bat to initiate the process. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
